Thanks to everyone who came along to BDX last night and learned a thing or two about music. We hoped you learned at least something good about marketing a band or musical product.For those who didn’t, here are the slides!

Our first speaker Richy Muirhead talked about launching a campaign from scratch and how to give local music a platform to stand on thanks to the Scottish Alternative Music Awards.

Up second was Ross (aka @ElectricKiwi) who told our audience the importance of having a site no matter how limited your budget is for your band.

Grant from Vinyl Press talked about how you can sell a completely analogue product (vinyl records) on a digital platform.

And our final speaker Halina gave away so many golden nuggets of information for musicians that you’d be remiss to not take a look:
